Relief India Trust was established some years ago with a
main objective of helping the poor in society get a better future. Many
governments are trying hard to ensure equality of all people in the society but
have not managed it because there are too many needy people in the society that
the government cannot handle on its own. It therefore takes the intervention of
social welfare organizations to come in and help the situation in a number of ways,
including taking care of the needy kids making the future generation. From
orphans to street children to children in the slums, Relief India Trust is
determined to ensure all of them get a decent life free from abuse and denial
from their rights. The trust helps such children in a number of ways, including

Offering free basic
education
Education is known as the ultimate way to get out of poverty
and so Relief Trust India is trying hard to ensure every child has a right to
basic primary and secondary schools. The organization therefore takes part in
distribution of learning materials to needy children in the slums and streets
and setting up free schools for such children in various parts of the country.
It is with this kind of determination that Relief Trust India has managed to
change the lives of many in the society, starting with the children who are
basically the future of the country and the world at large.
Distribution of
medical facilities
There are many children in the slums and street who can’t
afford basic needs including medical care. Such children end up losing their
lives in the early stages which is quite saddening. Relief India Trust looks
into the welfare of such children by offering free medical check-up camps where
children are treated of various health conditions and referred to specific
hospitals in case of complications.
Supply of food
Food is a basic commodity necessary to sustain people’s
lives. There are children who can’t afford three meals a day leave alone a
decent diet as expected for healthy human growth. When the organization is
distributing food to the children, it ensures that other basic needs such as
clothing and blankets are delivered. It is quite depressing to see very young
children depressed simply due to lack of food and clothing when we can have a
hand in helping them also have a decent life like everyone else in the society.
By organizing various camps across the country, including
blood donation camps, awareness camps, children's health check up camps and
organ donation camps among others, the interest of raising a vibrant generation
is possible. Through the various camps, thousands of children have been reached
and helped sufficiently by improving their quality of life and maintaining a
standard lifestyle for them without pain and depression as a result of their
condition and status. We can build a better future if only we look into the
social welfare of children and helping them in the best way we can. That is
